Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this web-based video-to-GIF service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Description of Service

The Service provides browser-side local conversion tool. All video decoding, frame extraction and GIF encoding runs locally on your device. We do not upload, store or host your source videos or generated GIF files on our servers. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

User Content & Copyright Disclaimer

1. You are fully responsible for all content you process

You are solely responsible for any video, image, media file that you load into this tool, as well as any GIF output you generate, download, distribute or share.

You warrant that you own all copyrights, or have obtained full legal authorization, license and permission to use, edit, clip and convert the source media you process via our Service.

2. Prohibited usage

You shall NOT use this Service to process material that:

• Infringes third-party copyright, trademark, portrait right, intellectual-property right or other legal rights;
• Contains pirated movies, TV shows, streaming clips, copyrighted sports footage without permission;
• Contains harassment, violence, hate-speech, pornographic, illegal or harmful content.

3. We hold no liability for user-generated output

Since all media processing occurs locally within your browser:

• We do not review, moderate, store or have access to the media you convert;
• We take zero responsibility for any copyright dispute, claim, lawsuit, compensation demand arising out of your use of GIF files or clipped media you create using our tool.

If a third party files a claim against us caused by your unauthorized processing or distribution of copyrighted content, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all losses, legal fees, damages and expenses.

4. No ownership over your files

We claim no copyright, ownership or intellectual-property rights over your source files or the GIF files you generate. All rights remain with you or the lawful copyright holder of the original material.

Paid Features

1. One-time payment grants you access to download function for individual generated GIF file. Payment is handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe / PayPal). We do not store your payment credentials.
2. Payments are generally non-refundable, especially because all media processing runs locally and the service delivers immediately upon unlock. Refund will only be considered under proven technical defect preventing core download function.

Disclaimers of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that tool will work on every browser / device, free of bugs, interruption or error. You use this tool at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss including file corruption, device compatibility issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, data loss arising from your use or inability to use this Service.

Modification & Termination

We reserve right to modify service features or revise these terms at any time. Continued usage after changes posted means you accept updated terms. We may block your access if you misuse the service for illegal purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international internet-service law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
